The Orbitsflow app (the "Service") is provided by Good Karma UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bohlenweg 34, 63739 Aschaffenburg, Germany, represented by Julia Reis ("we", "us").
These Terms govern your use of the Service. By creating an account or using a shared link you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and display your content solely to operate the Service for you and the people you share with.
Share links let you make a curated, read-only view of your schedule available to people you choose. You are responsible for whom you share the link and password with. We strip private fields (such as access notes, passes, and entry cards) from shared views, but you remain responsible for what you decide to publish.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Planned maintenance will be announced where reasonably possible.
The Service is currently offered free of charge to invited users. If we introduce paid plans we will give notice in advance and ask for your separate consent before charging you.
We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., liability, IP) remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. For merchants, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Aschaffenburg, Germany.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
